Not Bad at all
Took a while to arrive because I am Living in Ireland, but it did get here (7 days) , it was wrapped perfectly , no Damage. I was kept in the loop and I had an Idea when it would arrive because of that. It was also the correct product, and I can use my washing machine again. No problems to report.

Basic, straightforward, no problem.
Replacement door handle was easy to fit. The old one only failed after several years use, some abuse and a temporary repair, so no quality issues with this genuine replacement part. Removal & re-fitting took 10 mins but bear in mind that the screws need a star-shaped screw-driver head (that is, neither flat nor Philips nor Posidrive). The washing machine has a new lease of life for less than £8.

Works fine, but it's a pity about the spring
It arrived quickly and does the job perfectly, although it does not look the same as the original handle. The only pity is that, unlike the other parts with the same name, it didn't have a replacement spring and washers included. I expected it would, as it was called a "door handle assembly" and not just a "door handle". Only half of the spring works now, and it's hard to see how I can get another one if it is not included in a "door handle assembly"!!
