A Good Product
I got this to repair my old Neff oven. The switch looks slightly different to the original, but correctly fitted the existing screw holes and electrical terminals. Inserting the temperature probe was more complicated than I expected, but that's due to the way Neff have organised the cable run and the position of the mounting tube. Taking time and thinking through what to do solved the problem and it went in fine. Temperature accuracy looks good. A test I did afterwards suggested there was less than 1% error between thermostat and actual temperature.

Excellent product
This product was only just over half the price of compatible products from competitors. I paid the extra for next day delivery as I couldn't afford to wait a few days to have the oven back on the run. Well worth the extra. The thermostat was very straight forward to fit (once the oven was removed from it's housing). Oven now working perfectly. I would definitely use Ransom Spares again should the need arise.

Correct oven part

Quality product & Servicde
The product was despatched in a timely manner and did "what is said on the tin." It has given our oven a new lease of life as it seems to control our oven temperature more accurately. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Thermostat
I purchased this thermostat to replace one reading too low a temperature on my Neff U1461 (U1461NOGB/01) to be exact. Fitted very easily and new part works fine. Found Ransom spares website video on how to fit it a useful reference. ( I also replaced the door seal at the same time. ) New parts tested and temperature heating and cooling verified using a Radio Spares calibrated Thermometer. I have also previously purchased a new Fan oven element from Ransom Spares a year ago for the same oven also still working fine.

I need a thermostat replacement for aneff oven B1421N2GB 05. Your video shows thermostat being feed in from the top of the oven. Mine goes in from the side ? And is not clipped in the oven but appears to be fixedto the back of the oven. Can you help. I can send pictures if that's a help. Thanks Jim
