Great service
My oven door exploded, less than 3yrs old company completely didn’t care waiting time was 3/4 weeks. Partner saw this site ordered inside door it arrived within 2 days. Fitted easy and definitely a lot cheaper than the company. Service was great and tracking information was great. Would use again, definitely recommend.

Oven glass
I ordered this product and paid £3.00 extra for next day delivery. The glass arrived 7 days later. Not impressed, particularly as I wrote asking for a refund and didn't get an answer. The glass is fine.

Good product
When I received these product I thought it was the wrong one as it didn't seem to fit but with some helpful advice from the gentleman on the phone I realised I was trying to fit it in the wrong slot! Turned out it was the right one and was easy to fit once I had the advice!

Replacement glass
The part was easy to locate on the website and easy to order. Delivery was prompt and the item very well packaged, it was the genuine item as described. Fitting was fairly easy and no problems have occurred since.

Does this come with the clips for fitting?
Hi Emma, this is the inner door glass which should just slide in. It's not supplied with clips.

Not sure if my model is BD52B/2. It just has BD52/2 on it and is black. Is this the same model? Can you give size of the glass please?

Is this glass like for like as the original? I have already replaced this glass as it went yellow/light brown. And it wasn't dirt. It just won't show as clear glass. Has the glass got the protective coating and is it guaranteed? Thank you. Lesley
