Charcoal carbon filters ensure the air in your kitchen remains clean by trapping and retaining aromas, smoke, and airborne particles as you cook. The porous nature of charcoal captures molecules that emit odours for cleaner kitchen air.
Factors that damage your charcoal filters
Charcoal's odour elimination effectiveness decreases as it nears its adsorption capacity. Accumulated grease and oil particles can block pores, lowering adsorption and airflow. Elevated moisture and humidity foster mould growth in charcoal, weakening its structure and efficacy.

Product didn’t fit
The product arrived damaged and was too big even though it said they would fit the model number. Full refund was issued, and customer service was great.

Good to get original part.
Excellent service. Good correspondence and prompt delivery. I found them a little tricky to fit but once I did one side I got the knack and the second was no bother. Certainly notice the difference in extraction power.

carbon filters
Genuine replacement part, good price, excellent service. The part was not easy to fit, I gave up, my hands were too small. Had to conscript male help and even then access was difficult. Problem was entirely down to appliance design and in no way reflected any lack of service on the part of Ransom Spares. Would use them again, without a doubt

I think the filters were OE parts, and were easily the best price I could find. They are a bit fiddly to fit (not Ransoms fault) and really didn't seem to fit all that snugly on the fan housing. However the originals were the same, so it's just the way they are. Ransoms are a great company to deal with though!
