Best quality genuine part.
This washing machine boot that I have recently ordered was not the first time I have used Ransom Spares. I have used them in the past for completely renovating a Karcher pressure washer and I've also bought parts for dishwashers and other customer's washing machines. In fact, to be honest, I bought a boot for a washing machine in which there were two alternative part numbers. Typically, I ordered the wrong one but Ransom Spares were very quick to take back the unwanted one, send me the alternative part and reimburse me the slight money difference. Their website is so easy to use and often has the manufacturer's technical drawings of parts so you can correctly identify the bit you want. The parts are always well packed, prices are fair & reasonable, payment with PayPal is painless and if they have it in stock, delivery is always very quick. Pattern parts are available but I've found that the manufacturer's genuine part is usually worth paying the extra for; it fits, it's a better quality and you can trust that you're not going to have to go back to the customer because of a problem! Their range of spares is ginormous! Indeed, it's hard to think of any appliance that Ransom Spares would not have the part for and I know I shall be using them again in the future. An excellent company to deal with.

Good product, slightly tricky to fit.
Decided to tackle this door seal change after the wife destroyed the old membrane washing wired brassieres,(beware)! After watching several experts on Utube make the job look simple, away I went. Firstly all the experts had acres of space around the machine they were working on! My machine position was in a much tighter space, also dismantling resulted in quite a few screw holes misaligning on reassembly! What joy! Ultimately I completed the job in two hours of cussing, cursing and skinned hands. Having said all that it was very satisfying. I think if I tackled it again I would half the time taken.
