Returns Policy

Returning an item couldn't be simpler...

If your item doesn't fit, or is no longer required

Simply return the item back to us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund for you. Your item must not have been used or fitted and it must be in the original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given.  Please see 'Returns Authorisation' section below.

Faulty/Damaged Item?

...again simply return it within 14 days and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a refund as necessary.  Please see 'Returns Authorisation' section below.

Returns Authorisation?

In all instances before returning a product you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This must be done by forwarding us the following information to returns@ransomspares.co.uk

  1. Order Number
  2. Name
  3. Address
  4. Item Number to be returned
  5. Reason for return (No Longer Required - Damaged - Wrong Part)

Once we have reviewed your request to return an item we will confirm by email your Returns Authorisation Number and give instructions on what to do next.

All items should be returned with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the package (not the packaging that the part is in):

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item goes missing.
 
Once received by us we will check your return and if all is ok we will issue you a refund with 48 hours of receipt.
